Our rates are based on a family of 4 (2 adults & 2 children under 17) on the lakefront sites and full hookup sites

and family of 5 (2 adults & 3 children under 17) on G tent sites

the rates include 1 vehicle. Fees may apply for the second vehicle in the top season

Glamping Tents and Log Cabin Rental

Reservations & Payment & Cancellation Policy

Reservations 

1. We are taking online booking that are the most recommended way to make a reservation. You are also welcomed to call the office for assistance. 
2. All campsite and lodging rentals are subject to a Maine Lodging tax.
3. A guest must be 21 years of age, have a valid driver’s license and major CC to rent a campsite, cabin, glamping, boat slip or golf cart. ID verification may be required at check-in.
4. Max 2 tents on 1 site. Max 6 occupants on 1 site.
5. We offer a paid option for additional tent on the glamping or cabin sites. It’s available as an add-on. 
6. We require 2-night minimum June 19th -August 31st, 3-night minimum during Holliday weekends and Lobster festival.
7. Base rate includes up to 2 adults and 2 children on all campsites. Additional guests (at time of reservation) are $10.00 per person/day. Children age 4 and under are free. Max. 6 people on 1 site.
8. Names of all guests must be given at time of reservation.
9. Pets are very welcome. No pet fees on RV/tent campsites. Additional cleaning fee $30 for each pet in the log cabin and glamping tents. Limit up to 2 pets. 
10. Please note that in some rare cases we may need to move your reservation to a comparable site for reasons of occupancy flow.  We will notify you of any change made to your reservation.

Deposits and Payments 

1. We require a nonrefundable advance deposit equal one day for each week of rental, at time of reservation,
2. The full payment is due 14 days before the arrival and will be automatically charged to your CC on file. 
3. Reservations without full payment 14 days before arrival can be canceled automatically and deposit will be forfeited
4. Refunds will not be given due to weather, eviction from rule breaking, or personal reasons,
5. Reservation changes within 14 days of stay that decrease the camping charges will be charged amount of original reservation
6. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover 
7. The guest portal is available 24/7, guests can view and manage their reservation any time. Guest can view their reservation details, view and sign policies, update payment methods, review past payments, make payments, upload attachments, and request reservation changes.

Cancellations:

1. For cancellations 14 days or more before check-in, your payment will be refunded less the nonrefundable advanced deposit.
2. For cancellations less than 14 days before check-in, the full payment will be forfeited.
3. POS add-ons like firewood in case of a cancellation are refundable.
4. Failure to arrive by noon of the day following your scheduled date of arrival (without prior notification) will result in a cancellation of reservation, with no refund or credit.
5. No refunds for earlier departure. 
6. We are here to help, however cancellations through Facebook posts, Messenger, Phone Text, Voice Mail, etc. are not valid cancellations and will not be refunded. You MUST send a written cancellation on contact us to process your cancellation.

A Rustic Lakefront Venue in the Heart of Midcoast Maine

Set overlooking beautiful Sennebec Lake, Loon Lodge offers a warm, relaxed Maine setting for weddings, family celebrations, reunions and private events.

With approximately 4,400 square feet of main event space and room for up to 100 seated guests, the Lodge combines rustic character with the practical amenities needed to host a memorable celebration.

The spacious main room features a dedicated dance floor and beautiful barn-style tables and benches handcrafted from reclaimed wood by local Maine carpenter Frankenstein Furniture. The natural character of the reclaimed wood complements the Lodge and creates a warm, authentic setting for both casual and elegant celebrations.

The Lodge features a large reception area with a main dance floor, scenic views overlooking Sennebec Lake, a prep kitchen, separate men’s and ladies’ restrooms, and an additional approximately 600-square-foot loft featuring a bridal and multifunction room with a full bathroom.

Outside the Lodge, guests can enjoy our gazebo with griddles and grills, providing additional space for gathering, food preparation and outdoor entertaining.

Bar & Beverage Area

Loon Lodge features a dedicated bar space with a beverage refrigerator, providing a convenient area for beverage service during your event.

The bar can be incorporated into your event setup while allowing the main reception area to remain open for dining, dancing and celebrating.

Caterer-Friendly Prep Kitchen

Our spacious prep kitchen is designed to make food preparation, staging and service easier for your caterer or event team.

Kitchen amenities include:

• Generous counter and workspace

The kitchen provides caterers with a dedicated behind-the-scenes area for storing, preparing, staging and serving food while keeping the main Lodge organized and welcoming for guests.

Bridal & Multifunction Loft

Above the main event space is an approximately 600-square-foot private loft with a full bathroom.

The space can serve as a bridal getting-ready room, wedding-party retreat, changing area or private multifunction room during your celebration.

Additional Lodge Amenities

Loon Lodge also features separate ladies’ and men’s restrooms, convenient guest parking and an outdoor gazebo equipped with griddles and grills.

Professional venue cleaning and standard event trash removal are included, allowing you to enjoy your celebration without worrying about cleaning the Lodge afterward.

Celebrate by Sennebec Lake

For weddings, your celebration can extend beyond the Lodge to the shore of Sennebec Lake.

Couples may exchange vows at our lakefront beach ceremony location, with white ceremony chairs for up to 100 guests and a wedding arbor available as part of our Lakefront Wedding packages.

A white six-passenger electric golf cart is also available with our Lakefront Wedding packages, making it easier for the couple to move around the property and creating another special touch for your wedding day.

For additional accommodations, our Log Cabin sleeps up to four guests and includes a private kitchen and bathroom, porch, outdoor furniture and fire pit.

Setup, Decorating & Departure

We know that creating a beautiful wedding takes time. Our wedding packages include designated access before and after your celebration so you don’t have to rush your decorating or remove everything immediately after the reception.

Up to 3 hours of scheduled access to Loon Lodge for decorating, vendor deliveries and setup.

Sennebec Lake Wedding Weekend

A Relaxed Lakefront Wedding Weekend in Midcoast Maine

Our Wedding Weekend package gives you more time to prepare, celebrate and enjoy Sennebec Lake with your family and friends — without trying to fit everything into a single day.

Includes everything offered in our Loon Lodge Reception and Lakefront Ceremony + Reception packages, PLUS:

1. Friday venue access from 12:00 PM–7:00 PM for decorating, vendor deliveries, setup and wedding rehearsal
2. Saturday access beginning at 8:00 AM
3. Reception until 10:00 PM, with guests departing by 10:30 PM
4. Decorations and personal items may remain in the Lodge overnight
5. Sunday access from 9:00 AM–12:00 PM for pickup of decorations, gifts, flowers, personal belongings and outside rental items
6. Two-night stay in our Log Cabin for up to 4 guests
7. Professional cleaning and standard event trash removal included — no Sunday cleaning required
8. Additional time to relax and enjoy Sennebec Lake with your wedding party, family and friends

Additional lakefront glamping tents, RV sites and campsites are available to reserve separately with 25% discount for the wedding gusts, subject to availability.

Professional venue cleaning and standard event trash removal are included in your Wedding Weekend package.

Weddings and wedding-related events are subject to wedding pricing regardless of guest count.

Family reunions, birthday/anniversary celebrations, corporate or group functions, celebration-of-life gatherings

Short Events — up to 4 Hours

Perfect for bridal and baby showers, birthday celebrations, anniversary gatherings, memorial gatherings, meetings, workshops and other private functions. Short-event rentals include use of Loon Lodge, restrooms, prep kitchen and standard guest parking.

Additional event time may be available for $200 per hour, subject to availability.

Saturday short-event reservations during peak season may be subject to availability.

Wedding ceremonies and wedding receptions do not qualify for short-event pricing.

Private Functions — Full Day

Perfect for family reunions, milestone birthdays, anniversaries, celebrations, company gatherings and other private events. Full-day function pricing includes use of Loon Lodge, restrooms, prep kitchen and standard guest parking.
